Article 1: General Terms
1 These terms of use ("Site Terms") apply to the user's every action when they use our services on this site offered by Marvelous Entertainment Inc. ("we").
2 Site Terms determine the use condition of this service. Users have to use this service according to Site Terms.
3 By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the description of Site Terms.

The meaning of the terms used in Site Terms will be defined below.

"Half-Minute Hero" published in North America.
(2) Ranking comparison with other users based on (1).
3 Users
Those people who registered memberships in order to use this site.
4 Registered e-mail address
The e-mail address offered by users for the purpose of getting this service.
5 Log in password
Character strings for collating with registered e-mail address and identifying the person in order to use this service.
6 Ranking ID
Password (numbers) for registration displayed on the option screen of the game, Half-Minute Hero.
7 Ranking Spell
17 letters of the alphabet displayed after the completion of the quests in Hero 30 mode.
8 Hero name
Hero's name set up in the game, Half-Minute Hero.
Article 3: The purview of these Terms of Use
1 On this site, a use condition of this service is prescribed in Site Terms and the other Terms of Use.
The other Terms of Use constitute a part of Site Terms, regardless of its names.
2 In case the rules of the other Terms of Use differ from the rules of Site Terms,
the rules of the other Terms of Use are given a priority and applied.
Article 4: The change of these Terms of Use
1 We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms at any time and
at our sole discretion.
2 Excepting the case where changes are established separately, any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting of the Site Terms as revised.
3 Your use of the Site following the posting of such changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the Site Terms as revised.
Article 5: The handling of personal information

Article 6: The reversion of copyrights
Content, service, and intellectual property rights such as a copyright, trademark rights, the design right to relate to a design, a photograph, music, a sentence, an image, a picture included on the ranking site belong to the rightful claimants, such as the provider of this service or other copyright holders in the scope of this service, and users should not perform any acts to infringe upon these rights.
Article 7: Enrollment
1 After having agreed to the contents of the Site Terms, the person who wishes the use of this service should apply for the registration.
2 The person who applied for the registration will become a user from the moment of e-mail verified, site consent to the application for registration.
Article 8: Withdrawal
1 When the user wishes to withdrawal from the site, the user must go through the prescribed method of registration removal as predetermined by us.
2 When a user performs any of the following acts, we will force said user to withdraw from our membership by our judgment and decline their use of this service.

1 Users must register an available e-mail address belonging to the user who wishes to register. If the registered e-mail address does not belong to the user that wishes to register, said user must change it to another available e-mail address belonging to that user.
2 Users must try to prevent their registered e-mail address and its password from being used dishonestly, and take full responsibility of its management.
3 Unless there is a matter of gross negligence, we take no responsibility for the damage caused by the use of the registered e-mail address and password by third person or party.
Article 10: Maintenance of use environment
1 Users must have every necessary machinery, software, and a means of communication to use this service ready, under the responsibility, and at the expense of, themselves.
2 Users must personally take security measures such as the prevention of infection from computer viruses, unjust access to, and the prevention of, information leaks based on their user environment, and to safeguard their own computer/account.
3 We do not participate at all in the use environment of users and do not take responsibility for their actions and results thereof.
Article 11: Responsibility of users
1 Users must use this service with full accountability for themselves and take full responsibility for their actions caused by using this service and the results thereof.
Article 12: Prohibited matter
Per the use of this service, users must not perform any acts of the following. If users violate the prohibited matter terms, we will take measures of forced withdrawal, the suspension of use, the deletion of said user information.
1 An act by a third party to impersonate a user by registration or changing the registered data.
2 An act of making duplicate registrations using different e-mail addresses.
3 Regardless of reason, signing up for profit or other actions to use this service for profit.
4 An act of showing the registered data of oneself to a third party.
5 An act of transferring a registered user's right of this service to a third party.
6 An act of interfering with, or confusing the communication systems of the Internet, such as hacking and the dispatch of computer viruses.
7 An act of using an obscene word or contents to slander others whether by nicknames or Hero name, or other acts of abuse which we judge are very likely make other users feel uncomfortable.
8 An act of using hacking tools/data that tampers with the play data of the game.
9 An act of violation of laws and ordinances, public order and morals, Site Terms or other Terms of Use. Or additionally, in the case that we judge it to infringe upon the rights of others.
10 In addition to the points mentioned above, it is also a violation of Terms of Use when a provider of this service judges the content/actions as an act to damage the trust of the person concerned or to disturb the administration of this service.
Article 13: Change of service
We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including, without limitation, private messages, emails and instant messages (collectively, “messages”)) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of this service at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
Article 14: Usage fee
We reserve the right to charge for any portion of this service and to change its fees (if any) from time to time in its discretion.
Article 15: Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, user profiles or opinions expressed on such websites and services, and such websites and services are not necessarily investigated, monitored, checked or archived for accuracy or completeness by us.
We expressly reserve the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of this service if we determine, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to us, its employees, business partners, Users and/or the public. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from use of this service or Linked Services, attendance at our event, from any User Content posted on or through this services or Linked Services, or from the conduct of any Users of this service, or from any user profile removal or access termination whether online or offline.
Article 16: Availability of Site Terms and the other Terms of Use.
If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

If you become aware of misuse of this service by any person or Linked Service, please report to "yusha30@yusha30.jp". If you find any link to the operation organization by any respective services, please use that link to report.
This Agreement, and any posted revision to this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect while you use this service or are a Member. If we determine, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to us, its employees, business partners, Users and/or the public,
(1) we expressly reserve the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend it.
(2) we may terminate your Membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
(3) we may reject your Membership application at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.
Article 18: A governing law and a competent court
The Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions of other territories in which it may be accessed.
You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States of America to resolve any dispute arising out of the Agreement or this service.
